Judie Tzuke - Press Cuttings.

Watch out for Judie Tzuke - her debut single 'For You' on Rocket Records is one of the best and most unusual records of the year. The 22-year-old Londoner sings most of the song completely unaccompanied. Only in the middle does a string quartet surge up under her beautifully clear voice. 'For You' simultaneously gives three separate views of a broken love affair. Multi-tracking allows Judie to sing three separate but superbly interwoven parts. "'For You' is based on my own experiences" Judie told us this week. The record is picking up airplay and sales, and could conceivably be as big a hit as that other unusual song by a girl singer, 'Wuthering Heights' by Kate Bush. Although she would like a hit, Judie is not too worried about her future. "Everything is looking good at the moment. It would be lovely if 'For You' was a hit, but it will be nice if it's only a minor success."
